Founded in 1988
Mr. Irie opened his first restaurant in 1988 in the northern part of Kobe.
He trained in beef processing for five years and used his first hand experience to become a true beef connoisseur.
Since the restaurant first opened over 32 years ago, he has been on site to inspect the meats in house to ensure they meet his high quality standards.
With the support of our diverse and generous clientele we opened three new restaurants around Hyogo prefecture from 2010 to 2014.

Every day, a well-trained staff of 7 people works for 6 hours to ensure the highest possible quality of our meat.
This is because we serve our customers aged meat.
At Irie's, you can try a variety of rare cuts, such as blade steak, aitchbone, rump steak, and more.
We also offer 3 different sauces to suit your palate, so you can choose whichever you like, or ask our knowledgeable staff for their recommendations.
We’ve also developed a special Irie salt blend that pairs perfectly with the taste of our meat.
It has a wonderful aroma of fried garlic, rock salt to bring out the best umami flavor, and a hint of black pepper.
